Biotic Games is an ongoing research-creation project, supported by LaSIPS, and in partnership with the École Polytechnique.

I work with the help of the researcher Gabriel Amselem from LadHyx at Polytechnique and two researchers from the Institute of Optics: Julien Moreau and Julien Villemejane, involving students from the Institute of Optics.

I am developing several "biotic games": similar to the very early video games on Arcade, but involving living microorganisms and micro-robots. A whole little world in microscopic cells, on which the public will be able to intervene, for better or for worse...

The sperm-bots (microscopic robots in the shape of a spermatozoon) were developed thanks to a residency in Mulhouse with the researchers Olivier Soperra and Laurent Vonna, as well as the doctoral student Djamel Bendimerad to theIS2MA residency set up thanks to Isabelle Lefevre, in charge of cultural action at the UHA.

Work in progress...
